No-obligation quote
Every translation is different. I determine the price and delivery date based on the number of words/pages, the degree of complexity, the language combination and the deadline by which the translation is needed.

How I work
- You send the document by email or WhatsApp. You can also make an appointment to give me the document in person.
- I will then draw up a no-obligation quote, indicating the price and delivery date.
- If you wish to accept the quote, you confirm this with me and send over the necessary invoicing details. I store this information in accordance with personal data protection legislation (GDPR). Once the invoice has been paid, the job is confirmed and I will get straight to work.
- On the agreed date, I will send the translation by email and by post. You can also arrange to come and collect the translation.
Rates
I want my customers to be satisfied, which is why my rates are always transparent. I usually charge based on the number of words.
If it is not possible to do a word count, I charge per page or by the hour.
I also have a minimum fee.
Since every translation is different, I am happy to provide a customised quote. For large translation projects, I may deviate from my standard rate.
These rates do not include 21% VAT. Any postage costs are not included in the price.
